What happens after I send the form?
Someone follows up to talk through the property. If it is a fit, we book a free consultation, and when the project needs it, a conceptual drawing and a realistic budget.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Builds are meant to meet or exceed building code, and we take care of permits, zoning, and scheduling so you can stay focused on the rest of life.
Do you only build, or do you maintain the property too?
Both. Design and construction stay with one team. Maintenance is available for homes and commercial grounds, including monthly packages through the season, and snow and ice management in winter.
Is the consultation free?
